Not an oreo there, that is an authentic Bolivian or Panamanian coin purse. It was bulging with Thai Baht just moments before until the Carl's clerk helped me unload some. So the question is, which son brought this home to me from his mission? Ryan, Spencer? Who is going to claim to be the gift-er of my beautiful embossed leather coin keeper!!
I don't think that came from Panama, but I'm happy to claim it if Ryan doesn't :)

ReplyDeleteI believe that coin purse is a Bolivian original, although I don't remember where or why I bought it. It looks like it has a llama and a tall Andean mountain. I never would have guessed it would end up in Thailand!

You bought it as a gift for your momma! I have had it for 15 years. A lot of that time it held change in my night stand. Now, I actually use it to hold baht!
